Outside of the summer period, you can park for free in all streets and on Rue des Mousse, near the front door of the house.
If you wish to park your vehicle in the inner courtyard: 12 rue Desjobert
Take the cul-de-sac on your right.
Go to the gray gate. You can park inside the garden and/or outside along the white and wooden wall.
The villa will be ready from 5:00 p.m.
Camille, who will be in charge of your welcome, will contact you a few days before your arrival.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
If Camille cannot be present for your departure or arrival, with her agreement, you can use the key box located on site.
The code will be provided to you by Camille.
You will have two sets of keys at your disposal. One with a remote control for the gate, the other without. The second remote control for the gate will be available inside the villa. Losing a set of keys will result in a charge of €90.

Please do not walk on the parquet floor with oiled feet as this may damage it. If liquid is spilled on the floor, be sure to clean it up quickly to avoid staining it.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the pantry opposite the front door. The dryer is a condenser dryer. Before use, make sure the water collection tray is empty and the filters are clean.
There is a television in the living room and another in the downstairs bedroom.
For the living room:
1 - Remote control to be used only to turn on the TV.
2 - Remote control to turn on the decoder and change channels.
3 - Remote control to turn on the sound bar connected to the TV: turn it on, then press the TV button in the top right corner.
To turn it off, reverse the order: 3-2-1
The pool is cleaned every Saturday (except from late September to mid-April). If you notice any abnormality (water color, temperature, strange noise, etc.), do not intervene yourself, contact us.
Sunscreens, body oils, or tinted creams are prohibited in the pool. Any greasy residue in the water could permanently stain the pool’s interior.
The pool cover is a safety device for adults and children. We recommend keeping it closed when you are not using the pool. To open it, detach the two fasteners located at the end of the pool on the house side, then simply turn the crank to raise the cover.
The weather changes very quickly in the Landes, if you are going out, remember to close your Velux windows, windows and bay windows.
We provide bed and bath linens. Remember to bring your own beach towels.
On site you will find a Nespresso brand coffee machine, Original range capsules.
You can enjoy a gas griddle from the Forge Adour brand. It is placed on a rolling cart so you can place it wherever you want.

You have air conditioning in each bedroom of the villa and in the living room. The temperature is regulated by remote controls.
Be careful not to mix up the remote controls, each one working in only one room.
Our recommendations: For optimal efficiency, be sure to close the doors and windows of air-conditioned rooms. This will help you reach and maintain the desired temperature more quickly.
